New Promotions This Year!

This is an exciting promotion that not only helps our school but also helps YOU! We are now selling scrip, which means ‘substitute money’. This is our most beneficial promotion.

How Does It Work?
You purchase scrip cards for equal amounts of money to use on everyday items like food, gas, clothing, etc.. The school earns anywhere from 2-20% for each purchase you make.

How Does This Help Me?
For every purchase you make the PTA will return 1% back to you in the form of a check in time to use for school registration fees for the next year. The check is mailed to you a few weeks prior to registration.

How Can I Purchase Scrip?
Scrip is sold Thurs after school at MMS and Friday mornings at PV. You can also drop off an order form anytime to either school’s office by 2:30 on Friday.

PTA Promotional Information
Our PTA strongly believes in these promotions. We DO NOT support or promote door-to-door sales. Funds raised from these promotions are used for our Teacher Grant Program, bringing Educational Programs to the schools and our annual Halloween Party.

Please support the PTA by participating in our promotions. Please also encourage your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors to save these items for our school.

The following promotional items can be sent with your child to school and placed in the classroom promotional bucket. Each classroom receives rewards based on the volume they collect.

You can find General Mills Box Tops on over hundreds of GM products. Watch for them on Betty Crocker cakes, frosting, pancake mixes, Hamburger Helper, cereals, fruit snacks, Kleenex, paper towels, and many more. Click Here for a list of products. Each box top earns us $.10. Watch for some products that have Super Box Tops for Education which are worth $.30.

It is now easier to clip and save for your school. Collect UPC codes now instead of labels. The UPC codes are used to purchase playground equipment and/or educational materials for the school. Please note this year some products are now worth 5 points! Click here for a list of products. Click Here

Milk Caps
We are currently collecting Kemps, Foremost Farms and Nature’s Touch Products from Kwik Trip. Each milk cap or tab earns us $.05. Look for Kwik Trip milk moola caps on milk, water, orange juice, Kwik-ade, Kwik Quenchers and more.

Used Inkjet Cartridges
We earn up to $2.00 for each empty inkjet/laser printer cartridge. It is a great way to recycle your home or business cartridges. Please place each cartridge in a plastic bag when sending to school.

Donate your old cell phone! Turn in your old cell phone and our organization can earn a minimum of $2.00 up to $50.00 depending on the phone.

Look for these redemption panels on boxes of Tyson Chicken Patties, Chunks, Tenders and Filets. We earn $.24 for each Project A+ panel collected!

AEROBIC CLASSES

Stay in shape and support the PTA by attending aerobic classes. Classes are held at Parkview School gym every Monday and Wednesday evening from 6:45 – 7:45. The cost is only $1.00 per class. All proceeds are donated to the PTA.

CARDINAL APPAREL

Cardinal apparel is ordered towards the beginning of the school year so you have in time for holiday gifts. Watch for Cardinal Apparel samples on display at the school’s Open House events. Flyers are sent home with the details.

HALLOWEEN PARTY!!

The PTA hosts a Halloween Party held at the Middle School for all students in Early Childhood through 5th grade and their families. Entrance into the event is a food item for the Mayville Food Pantry. There will be food, games, prizes, treat bags and entertainment. It is held on a Friday in October. We hope to see you there!

Family Nite Lip Sync

The PTA hosts a Lip Sync event, which has, acts from the school board, PV teachers, MMS teachers, the PTA and 6-8 student acts. It is held at the high school auditorium for all to see! A bake sale and basket raffle top off this fun nite. This event is held in March. Watch for flyers to come home. Buy your tickets early. You won’t want to miss this event!!!
