NOTICE OF SALE OF DISTRICT REAL ESTATE
Interested and qualified persons or entities are invited to submit proposals for the purchase of the District’s Administration Building and adjacent real estate located at N8210 State Hwy. 28, Mayville, Wisconsin 53050. Submissions are due by May 2, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. Terms and conditions of sale, including the form of the sale agreement may be obtained from the District Administrator at the above address.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The School District of Mayville, Mayville, Wisconsin (“District”) is inviting interested and qualified persons and entities to submit proposals for the purchase of the District’s Administration Building located at N8210 State Hwy. 28, Mayville, Wisconsin 53050.
Submissions are due by May 2, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
The subject property consists of a single story 4,088 square foot office building located on the west side of Mayville, Wisconsin along State Hwy. 28 in the Village of Kekoskee. The facility was originally constructed as an Aurora outpatient clinic, and has been modified to accommodate its current use as professional office space for the District. The subject property includes 5.51 acres. Site improvements include an asphalt drive and parking area for 28 vehicles, a private well and septic system. The building also includes a mezzanine area for mechanical equipment that is roughly 400 square feet.
Note: The District’s Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to negotiate with any person or entity submitting a proposal. State of Wisconsin competitive bidding laws and regulations do not apply to this transaction and, in that regard, all rights are reserved by the District.
RFP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. Proposal Due Date and Location: Responders to this RFP shall submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy via email of their proposal to the District, labeled:

The submittal shall be made at or before 4:00 p.m. (Central Time) May 2, 2022.
II. Proposal Format: The Proposer shall provide the appropriate information in sufficient detail to demonstrate the Proposer’s financial qualifications necessary to comply with all terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, a copy of which can be obtained by contacting the individual above. The proposal shall include information regarding the Proposer, the proposed use of the property and the experience and capacity of the Proposer to close the transaction. References are encouraged.
III. Evaluation of Proposals: As noted above, this transaction is not subject to the competitive bidding laws of Wisconsin and, therefore, the Board of Education of the District reserves all rights to accept or reject proposals and to negotiate with one or more interested parties.
